Who I am

I was propelled into research through a technical program in modeling and simulation, and I apply this approach to understanding how the brain deals with very real problems in our lives.

I received my tutelage under Dr.'s Daniel McConnell, Peter Hancock, Corey Bohil, over at UCF.  I have my mentors and peers to thank for my beginning, trajectory, and the work I hope to do.

The question I find most interesting is this:

How can we reverse cognitive fatigue?

Ironically, researching a concept that actively prevents you from finding its answer is a real challenge.

Day-to-day, fatigue is what stands in the way of all our successes, and what limits our understanding of it.  But perhaps if we can take better control of our own mental resources, then we can live less burdened and more fulfilling lives.  For me, that is an exciting possibility - and if you agree, reach out to me below!
